Pixel Aspect Ratio for 16:9 Pal?

I would like to know if anyone knows how to export a quicktime movie of a sequence edited in FCP in the correct aspect ratio. I~m always getting a stretched image after export, even after selecting the anamorphic 16:9 option. I figure I have to change the aspect ratio manualy... Anyone knows the solution for this?

Compressor is not an option since I'm having a problem with the software and probably Qmaster.

Open your exported movie in quicktime.

Select WINDOW > SHOW MOVIE PROPERTIES

This opens up the PROPERTIES BOX

Highlight the Video Track

Click the VISUAL SETTINGS TAB

UNCHECK the PRESERVE ASPECT RATION

Then type in the SCALED SIZE BOX's 1024 x 576

SAVE MOVIE

Thats you done.
 
I am assuming your running the latest version of Quicktime of course.
