I need some help. I purchased a used H1 Pilotfly after it was demonstrated to work with my GH4, 12-35mm lens. When I unpacked it later, I could not achieve balance after 3 days of trying. What seems worse though, is the power won't stay on, AND I can't get the USB to connect with my computer. Is this normal for this unit or did I get taken?

I also had trouble balancing my pilotfly which is why I returned it.
