John, we got a chihuahua also, she is really loud, and scoffs when we don't heat up her dinner (which is the same or better than what we had that night). She only likes 3 people. I wished it liked me, cuz she's way cute. Cats though. I fuc kin hate cats! They are WAY too independent. You call them and they look at you like you're stupid. I've only met like 2 cats in the world that I like.

BTW: here is Techichi, although she is about 10 lbs heavier now:

You all have pets..thats madd cool!

..i had a pet...a hamster.....3 actually..one died..i got a nother....then bought the other two at the same time....and somehow the most energetic one lived like 1 1/2 years which is reallly surprising.

and thats why cats are so awesome! Dogs are great and all, but you can punch a dog in the face and it will still love you-no self respect!
 
Here are three pictures of my baby. Actually my exfiance and I went to go look at dogs and ten minutes later I was writing the check. When we broke up I told her she could keep all the jewlery, but I'm keeping the dog. His name is Yogi, named after the man who has the most world series rings (I always name my animals after a player on the yankees)
The first one is of him hanging out with my old roommates pug.
The second is after his haircut and being depressed
The third is just to give an idea of his size... He's my massive 5lbs of joy.

I reuploaded smaller ones the moment I saw how big they were:shocked: , and that pug's not mine. Good dog though.
 
Here's one of our cats. His name is Merlin, he is a Cornish Rex, and he is 14 years old. I'll have to find a photo of our other cat, Tribbles, and post it later.

Those are some cool eyes on that cat... Right now I have a roommate and so we're dogged out with his two Dalmations. I'll have to take a pic of a pic to post anything... but I think I will anyway. Dalmations normally suck, but these dogs are good.

There's a lady that lives near me that has the midwest overall champion cats... they're Oriental Shorthairs... and she said I could buy the TOP cat for $100... I'd really like to. They are super cool. She breeds them so she doesn't see the "accomplished cats" as possessions, but rather achievements that need a home. If you like cats at all and saw these you would have to get one. They are CRAZY... in a good way. They all have eyes like Moonwind's cat.

And thats why people like dogs. Unconditional love.

The one in front is my buddy.

The one in back is an annoying yapper that we picked up off a beach in Mexico. A face only a mother could love.

I thank you for him! When I can find one I'll post a photo of him full body so you can see his almost hairless curly coat. My first reaction to him was... HE LOOKS LIKE A GIANT WHITE RAT!!! But the personality of a rex grows on you!

If you can get a top champion Oriental Shorthair for a C note, GO FOR IT! Like the Rexies, they have some of the coolest personalities of all cathood and are a real treat for the eye and the funny bone!
 
I LOVE IT!! Believe it or not, that is usually what his eyes look like at night with just faint light wafting in ... except for the beams coming out of course. It'll scare the bejesus out of you if you aren't prepared, thats for sure! Our sweet little DEMON KITTY! :evil:
