Pictures In Vegas

How can i render a picture in Vegas 5 from a video so that i can open it in paint?
Here is an example, if i had a video of a bride and a groom kissing and i wanted just a single frame of it so that i could make that the cover of their wedding DVD then how would i go about doing that? Thanks so much!
 
There's a little floppy disc icon above the preview window. Make sure your preview setting is on "Best" and click it.
