Question. How do you change the default time length that a picture is shown. I have to manually pull it smaller to reduce time. I am sure there must be a way to change them all at once, after they are dropped in the timeline.

Options>Preferences>Editing>New still image length

But, that won't change the length of images already on the timeline. You'll have to re-add those.
