Photo Montage

Fellas,
Im looking for some reccomendations on photo montage creation i have some wedding pics i need to create a montage for, and just curious to see what others are doing, i dont want it to be just cuts and fades,

Thinking of making 1 large photoshop image with the images spaced out evenly and using afx and just pan and zoom the camera camer a round,

any one know of any good plug ins or even programs that do a decent job and may make it a little less time consuming?

i've done my share of these for friends and family (and always swear never to do another ).

My approach is to animate each photo in the timeline, rather than mess with zooming the camera around. I just pan and zoom on each shot for a few seconds and do crossfades between them...

well, ive used moving picture befor and its a decent plug for afx, its nice because u can open all images in photoshop and create a hi-res contact sheet under automation, and then it will automatically scale and resize if needed each image and put them into one file, then u can use moving picture and pan and zoom the camera on, it also adds a motion blur,

My buddy uses proshow gold, ima gonna demo it and see if i like it..its made by photdex or somthing rather.....

im still open for suggestions though
