Why not? With offerings from Tattoo shops to salon start-ups I think the field has been pretty much openned wide.
I have been thinking of trying to get a series started about hopeful filmmakers who spend all day on-line talking to other hopeful filmmakers and never actually get anything shot/ edited/ finished.
I just can't seem to get out of this chair and start.
