Photo Editing / Graphic Design Laptop Recommendations

Hey all,

Looking for recommendations on Windows 10 driven laptops with specs good enough for smooth graphic design work for my wife. She's just starting out, but has potential and would like her to have something that allows her to work smoothly and efficiently. Preferably something with the OS on an SSD, a decent graphics card, and a good amount of storage. I have a custom built PC, do people do that with laptops too?

One of the Surface devices with a stylus. The value of drawing on the display is not something to discount.
 
I know you specified Windows 10 - but Macs are much more the desired platform for graphics designers usually. With windows, the real thing is simply graphics performance and storage - A good starting point is always the Adobe site - where their Premier, After effects and Photoshop applications have specific comments on the video side of things - if you can get a list of graphics supported cards and motherboards from their - it should help.
