Start with a Band-Pass filter. You'll pretty much figure it out from there. For the FCP filterr, set the Q to 1 and the Frequencey to 2200 as a place to start. For the Apple AU filter, set the "center frequencey" to 1500 and the "bandwidth" to 1100. You'll have to adjust to fit the quality of the original recording.
Be aware that the FCP collection of filters and the Apple AU collection of audio filters both have a Band Pass filter. Try each, they'll each give different results, but which one you use depends on what matches the visuals and the qualities of the original sound recording.
