Phoenix 72mm Coated CPL Circular Polarizer Filter?

on ebay for $ 17,00 sounds too good to be true. anyone have experience with Phoenix Filters? are they very thick and have early vignetting?

It's a cheapo no-name filter. It might be ok or it could be junk. Also, I wouldn't order a Coke from 47th St Photo--they'll probably find some way to screw you.

i found the way.....they charge 17 dollar shipping for a 17 dollar lens....
