Highlight video of the Eagles Parade on a Panasonic G85, Steadicam Solo (always wanted to try a monopod / stabilizer hybrid), and edited completely in Resolve. Resolve saved the day since there was heavy sun and backlighting.
I have a love hate reaction to the solo, but still think it's useful to have one in your arsenal. Really liked having a monopod in this situation where it was too crowded to glide and subjects at extreme distances. The handle is bent and not upright which is a GIANT strain on the wrist and you can only glide for one shot at a time...but that's a topic for a whole other thread.
