Phasing out of incandescent lighting in 2012

Hi All,

How will the 2012 phasing out of incandescent lighting in the USA affect the film and video industry? Or will it just effect the homes? We are considerably vested in Tungsten Lighting such as : Arri 2Ks, 1Ks, 300w and many fresnel 750w and just to name a few. Will they be obsolete in a few years?
 
That applies to just 40-150 watt general purpose bulbs, not "all incadescent." Even then, they will not necessarily be banned, just required to be 30% more efficient.
