You can either configure blog software on your own webserver or sign up for one of those free blog places liek blogspot.com or livejournal.com

Not sure if it requires your own website or not.

If you're going to blog....You can find some decent software from *Wordpress* http://wordpress.org/ and *ExpressionEngine* http://www.pmachine.com/

Personally, I think blogs are *just* about played-the-F-out!! But there are many good ones out there. But then again, there are a million of them that consist of "Aunt Susie and her photo collection of cats and tulips"....... :huh:
