Perfect Actors For Perfect Roles

Hey everyone, I was thinking yesterday and i noticed a few people who would be perfect for upcoming roles.

First, Brett Ratner is a douche for calling it "X-3 The Last Stand" when the whole movie was an obvious segway to yet another sequel. But there has been talk about X-4 featuring Gambit (everyones favorite xman) and who would play a better Gambit than Clive Owen?

Also for those of you Half Life 2 fans out there who could play a better Alyx than Rosario Dawson and who could be better as Gordon freeman than a bulked up Christian Bale with glasses?

I know some people will refute these but i personally feel they should be written in stone. At lease the Clive owen one, he is a freaking shoe in for the role of Gambit. But as such he probably will not be picked for the role.
 
Though I don't have anyone else in mind, I can say that Clive Owen as Gambit would not be in the first ten people I'd think of. Bond, maybe. Gambit, no.

Oh, wait, I do have someone in mind -- Josh Holloway. But he doesn't want the role.
