Pelican Cases

I've never owned a lighting kit before and only worked with one once. I just have two quick questions. First, how long would it take an Arri 300, 650 and 150 to cool down? second, when they had cooled down, would a Pelican case with a pickn'pluck foam work well for storage? Thanks!

The lights should be more or less alright after 10 minutes. It'll still be warm but good enough to pack away - if you can wait longer all the better.

A pelican case would work fine. I have a Lowel Pro Light stored in one. You could probably even lose the foam and fit some more in there. Maybe cut a few foamcore dividers to get a little bit of separation.
