So, i have a 1660 case with my A1 and M2 and all that Jazz in it. I was wondering if anyone has heard about gluing the layers of foam together with some type of adhesive. I have a lot of 3m type 77 spray glue from working on custom stereo enclosures. Anyone done this or know anyone that has?

I don't see why not. just try on a small piece and see what happens. what exactly are you worried about?

Cheap speaker enclosures used to use hot melt (glue gun).
If it's enviroment your worried about I think that would be stable.
 
Its mainly the environmental issues. I know i can take fome super&& spray glue and they will stick together, but whether or not it will harm the camera is my concern.
