Pelican 1500

Hello.

Is Pelican 1500 case too small for DVX??

I would like to put the camera, battery, Mic (AT897), tapes, charger...
Basically all the accessories with the camera.

Or should I buy 1550??
Or should I buy a soft case?? I think they are more expensive than Pelicans.

I'm looking for a case around $100.00

i have seen a 1450, it appears to small in depth although you could squeeze it in by removing foam - i have read someone saying that they fit a dvx in it. It would only fit the camera and battery. talked about here: http://www.dvxuser.com/V3/showthread.php?t=27354

1500 - not sure its in between (obiously)

I have a 1520 with the softcase insert so I can use the soft when needed but can also bang around or travel with the hard case. It's large enough for camera, tapes, batteries, charger etc.
It's also small enough to go on a plane.. Don't expect to pack a lot of audio gear or matte box.
Someone had posted photos here a year or two ago.
