Pedestal, high Hat Question, check photo

How can I mount a tripod head to this pedestal cylinder, the inner diameter is 4" about 100mm, do I need some kind of an adapter for the 100mm half bowl to work right now it goes through the hole, very close diameter size. Any other recommended uses for this? Thanks

I have one of those in my store, just in case and forgot how crazy the prices are for adapters. 4" to anything is priced in relation the price of the ped and head, not it's real value. However, here in the UK, and I'm sure it's the same stateside, is that small local engineering companies can knock up adapters for anything at much lower cost.
 
Thank guys, the Vinten adapter looks good if it fits, I have a floor dolly board I was going to use this pedestal on. The vinten adapter could also be mounted to a flat board to be used as a low hat camera mount which could come in handy.
