Peculiar HMI Fluctuation

Has anyone seen an HMI slowly fluctuate its light level. I have my HVX hooked up to my waveform monitor and can watch the fluctuation vary about 5 IRE. I narrowed it down to the HMI, because I just turned on the house lights and the waveform remained stable. The HMI is plugged into standard 110 in my studio.

Do-oh! Gotta make sure the shutter is actually ON! 180° works perfectly, as it should with a magnetic ballast.
