PChood Lens housings

[Joncarr]

I been looking for while to modified my 24-70 into something useable for actual cinema use. We all know the telescoping makes the 24-70 useless with a matte box. The great thing about this mod. It fixes the telescoping issue, adds focus gears, adds zoom gears, and you can install it at home without losing your lenses for some time. Build quality seems solid. Will be testing it tomorrow with my EPIC, and see how it is run and gun style, while eating some turkey.

Does the focus have hard stops now? Are the markings accurate? Look forward to hearing more...

It does not have hard stops cause when every time you mount it on a epic it callibrates the lens so your marks get lost. But when matching marks it seems pretty accurate. I'm picking up my epic tonight, and will do tests tomorrow with the family.
