PC version Premier cs2 to FCP need help

I am having a problem with a project that i am doing with my friends. OK the footage is shot in HDV 1080i50. All being edited in premire but I got no skill using premier.

How could I get export the premier project from pc to work with FCP? Does FCP support AVI file extension?

You might be best off exporting an edl (edit decision list) from premier pro and opening it in FCP. This way you won't lose any video quality, but you cant export transitions, titles or effects with this method.
