I'm looking for some PC storyboard sofware where I can draw the pictures so they follow a time line. Preferably I could insert audiofile with dialog and then have the drawings show at the correct place in the timeline. Any recommendations?

Toon Boom storyboard. You can download their trial version for a 2-4 week trial I think. I know the pro version even allows insertion of audio/soundtrack clips. i have their basic version, very nice.

Don't know anything about Toon Boom, but Frame Forge is pretty difficult to use. Nice tools, but the learning curve is very steep.
