I have been using my panasonic PV-GS19 for a number of years to capture my video shot on my DVX100A.
All of a sudden, my PC is not recognizing my firewire hookup for both my GS19 and DVX100.
Any suggestions? My firewire card in my computer works because I have 6 Lacie drives hooked up and they work fine.
Since I have three cables and a new one, my drives work of the firewire card, and both my cameras are not being seen by the PC, it must be a software thing. I looked at my device driver panel and all looks ok.
I even downloaded panasonic's software that communicates and controls the camera and that doesn't work.
I've been using Premier to capture for years. Now nothing.
