PBL QL-1000 vs Lowel Action 3 Kit

Hey folks, just have a quick question for those that may have experience with the
Lowel Action Three Light kit. How would you rate these lights and would you buy them again?

I'm looking to use them mostly for light video production and photography work.

Those Lowel Omni lights in the kit you linked are actually pretty sweet. Probably the toughest lights (in my opinion) in the Lowel line up. I would definately recommend them.
