So it seems that i will have to set aside %23 extra for taxes for the crew i hire. Plus $95 when i run weekly payroll. Does that sound about right for a small production company? Are there specific recommendations?

I used PayReel a few years back and they were a pleasure to work with. They handle SAG and all taxes, etc.

ABS Payroll has been amazing to work with. They are in LA but it wouldn't matter where you are shooting in the US. They would just modify the state info. We are shooting and producing an indie here in Texas. http://www.abspayroll.net/
