****pay Later****

ICED OUT!

Dont know if this has been posted yet, but B&H is offering a "pay later" credit option with purchases. So this could serve as a nice temptation if you have good credit and want that new 100B under the tree-

thanks,

Adam

I'm up for any holiday gifts any time of the year.

...anyone wanna make me happy for xmas? :)

The service is bill me later (www.billmelater.com). Kind of a nice feature, but they offer 90 days no interest financing. I spoke with the B&H people about it last week and it is even valid for special orders. Now that makes it nice.

90 days no interest is nice, but in general I agree with you John... I've learned my lesson a few too many times for my score's own good...

So much for getting that house without a cosign

Houses. Cars. These are the only things which should be financed, and you should take cars off that list ASAP.

I, too, learned this the hard way.

Nope...cuz I dont have a credit card!! MUHAHA!!

Having a credit card seems to complicated anyways...better off with cash..so the bill doesnt hunt you down in the future..

the sucky thing is you're eventually need to get a credit card so you can establish credit...unless you never plan on buying a house.

you're young brother and i'm gonna tell u do not get a credit card unless u absolutely need it!! I f'd up big time when i was at college and now my credit is shot! Learned the hard way!!!
Stay away from credit, Blackhawk!!! Until u need to establish credit!

PS: Im still young!!!

I think ill jus use a credit card when im dying of hunger or like jus got robbed for my cash.

...damn...having a built up interest rate on certain items must suck ass...but that's how the credit card companies make their money...o well..

Neighbor had a devil of a time buying a house. He'd paid cash for everything up until then. No credit rating = no mortgage.

You can stay away from MC & Visa, if you'd like. Shell still has cards, right? And JC Penney. That'll work, and you can't go too crazy with them...

Well, you could, with Penney, but...it's JC Penney, for Pete's sake. You're too stylish to go overboard there.

Unfortunately human nature as it is people always assume they will have more money tomorrow then they do today - This is why "buy now pay later" grabs people. Bad idea. Truth is, you are not likely to have more money and it turns into debt.

In NC you have your credit run just to get an apartment, poor credit = no place to live... sad truth but truth

I'm dealing with that problem right now. I'm almost 21 and appartment's are still considering it 'new credit.'
