Pasting a transition?

Whenever I try to copy a transition and paste it onto another clip, it doesn't work... is there a way to do this?

Now that you mention it I can't C&P video transitions anymore (C&P audio transitions still works).

I think that you have to double click it and then drag and drop from canvas to the new location.

I might be dumb, but I tried that and it's not working (doesn't open in the canvas, BTW, opens in the Viewer...)

While holding option, click and hold on the transition you want to copy, you can drag a copy of it onto where you want. This method also applies to clips, I use it all the time for duplicating clips and transitions, makes for fast compositing and other tasks.
