I think most people would consider the Bebop to be a toy and at best a practice quad. I suspect you could build a mini racer based on CC3D or Naze cheaper and if aiming for useful video you'd really want something bigger with a 3 axis gimbal.
I think I was unfair using the word "toy" having seen some footage and reviews about the Bebop, whilst it's still definitely a hobby machine, I was really rather impressed.
