Paperwork/Contract Group Share

Wish I were banned.
Does anyone know of a place where filmmakers share their contracts and paperwork with each other? If such a thing doesn't exist, I suggest we make it exist.

If you have an attorney write you a contract from scratch, it will cost thousands of dollars. If you modify preexisting contracts yourself, then have an attorney review the contract, you will only have to pay the attorney for a few hours of their time.

I just heard that a Private Placement Memorandum for a feature costs roughly $14,000 to have written up by a lawyer. If you're a low budget filmmaker, this legal expense alone might stop the film from being made. If we pool together all of our old contracts, we can give ourselves more power and avoid these costs.

Right now I can contribute a contract between an investor and myself for a short film. The investor paid an entertainment attorney $1,000 to create the contract, so if you're looking for a similar investment, starting with my contract should save you some money. The contract also includes some bogus terms the investor tried to sneak in. This might be educational for anybody interested in such things.

Follow up questions: Is this legal? Is a contract "intellectual property" that cannot be shared? If making a contract public is illegal, how much needs to be omitted before we can share it? (Obviously all names must be removed.)
