What is the proper way of doing the 'ken burns' effect inside Premiere Pro? Am I supposed to scale and position change with key frames?....
My problem is that I want to FIRST resize an image by unlocking the aspect ratio. For instance I change the height without the width, then I want to relock the aspect ratio, then scale and pan around the image.
It appears to me that the only way to do this is to first resize the image outside of PPro because you cannot relock the aspect ratio at a different dimension.
