Hi, all,
I am thinking to purchase a reference monitor for using FCP Color. Someone told me to buy Eizo ColorEdge, which even has dual link. (BTW, I am not sure what dual link is used for.)
Any suggestion?
Thanks.

For serious grading work a CRT is still state of the art, but if you want a flat monitor, get a "Dream Color".

DreamWorks Animation enlisted its technology partner Hewlett-Packard to come up with a lower-budgeted color-accurate monitor that it could deploy across 200 different corporate departments. Nearly two years later HP’s offering - the billion-color boasting, 24" DreamColor LP2480zx

Frank, thanks a lot for another alternative.
Yes, I know CRT is the first choice, but it is very expensive. For a Sony one, it costs USD 30K.
Anyone use Eizo for color grading?
Thanks.
