Panasonic Li-ion Battery Longevity question

I've had the HVX200 for about 2 years with a total of 3 batteries. Just recently i'm wondering if these batteries are taking a normal charge anymore?

The green light on the charger seems to never turn off after hours of charging?

Anybody here know when these batteries just stop taking a charge? I read somewhere that they can be reset?
