Panasonic has the worst customer support

Jesus Christ, why cant i find anyone in Panasonic who can help me with my hvxbook, i must've called 7 different 800 numbers and left at least 2 customer support e-mails and still no one can help me or even reply to my e-mails for that matter, i ordered the hvx book, i bought my hvx in june 2006 and it's been close to 2 months and still no book, i spent at least 10 grand on panasonic this year alone, the least they could do is answer my e-mails....
