$300-600 or $600-1200 $2000-3000???
Panasonic does not have any of this listed they just have a form to fill out and say they will get back to you with an email???
Is there different divisions like Sony has a consumer division which is slow and a pro-broadcast division which is overnight round the clock service, You purchase VX2100 you get the same service as a $10 set of earphones you buy a PD170 that is virtually the same as a VX2100 you get the same help as someone with a $20,000+ DVCAM 3x 2/3 ccd Camera.
