Can someone post some comparsion shots of an image grabbed from DVX using the Panasonic adapter vs another without using one? I'm certain that I'm not the only one curious about this.
I've seen at least one screenshot comparsion and found that the difference is very minimal to the naked eye. Never mind the fact that logically you are throwing away 120 lines. And of course I don't know the exact nature of the two images that were taken for comparison, but when I compared them I found very little difference between the two.
There are many benefit to not using this adatper, and only one BIG reason for using it: namely, those 120 lines. Jarred also mentioned that the adapter is a piece of plastic, which further deters me from shelling out $800 for it.
Any thoughts? Comments?
