Pan handle for Sachtler DV4..Can I use a Manfrotto one?

So I have this Sachtler DV 4 head that is in great shape sitting on my shelf, except somewhere along the way the pan handle was lost. Looked for one on the Sachtler site, BH and other places and it seems that it is not listed. The least expensive one is a DV75 and like all things Sachtler they go up to $400.00 US. I am wondering if anyone can tell me if I can use a Manfrotto handle on it? Or the one for a Sachtler Ace? The handle from my Sachtler Video 14 fits but I am loathe to spend $300.00 US + for a handle for this head if I can buy a Manfrotto for $21.95.

Brian, as long as the mounting bolt fits you should be OK.
Even if the rosettes don't match, you can put something like a cork washer in-between and you have a stop-gap handle until you can find the one you want on the used market for a steal.
