I have a project I am working on in NTSC in VEGAS 6.0. Most of my content is dvx 24p but some clips are normal NTSC video. However a small amount are PAL 25 in divx. When I render these with the others those clips look like the the cameraman was going cold turkey with the DT's. It is very shakey but in a really strange way. Like the video takes 3 frames forward, 2 back, 3 forward, etc.
I've looked for programs that could convert this but have found none yet. Anyone know?
