P2 vs. Firestore

I am getting ready to shoot a documentary with some long interviews. Currently I have 2-8Gb cards. Should I buy 2 more 16G cards or a Firestore in your opinion?

Here is the way I see things.

16 Gb P2 = 17min 1080i, 3X 16Gb = 51min (if I purchase 2 16s)
100 Gb FS = 106min.

wouldn't these two options be close in price?

Obviously P2 is more compact and easier to carry, but less capacity.
I've read a lot of problems with FS dropouts or corruption yet P2 seems more reliable, is this correct?
FS also has a noise factor (drive) during interviews, mechanical vibration?

The one time I used a FS with HVX the battery crapped out unexpectedly early. Is battery capacity an issue for 1 1/2 hours of shooting? (These are old guys I am interviewing, they like to talk a lot!)

So FS is half the cost/capacity but more possible issues. I'd appreciate the perspective from those who have used either.

thanks,

I am happy with FS, but I have an extra battery and run it off the main electricity whenever I can.

P2 is more rugged.
FS has more time.

never experienced dropouts in a year of heavy ab-use, but that might be because I always watch out for them...
