HPX250: P2 viewer won't play clips

I'm downloading footage from my HPX 250 using the AJ-PCD2GPJ via the P2 Ingestor on the P2 viewer. All is well, the clips all load as they shoud and I can view the thumbnails in both primary and secondary bins. However when I click on a clip it won't play - all the info (name, TC beginning and end, duration etc) is there but play is greyed out. It's like this on both my desktop and laptop PC's. What am I doing wrong? The clips play fine in Premiere so no problem there. Desktop is running on i7 950@3.07GHz with 16GB ram, three drives so plenty power. Any help would be much appreciated.
