Hey all,
I pretty much ignored how the HVX200 never resets the timecode to zero before new shoots (and with P2 cards it all makes sense now), but I've run into a situation where it's finally rolled over to 00:00:00 after hitting the 24-hour timecode mark, but in the middle of a clip, resulting in FCP failing to transfer the whole clip. It hangs, presumably when it hits that break between 23:59:59:29 and 00:00:00:00.
is there a way for me to recover that particular clip? The fact that the Log and Transfer window can still play back that clip regardless of the timecode break leads me to believe there's hope.
FYI: I tried a couple things, including P2CMS and Calibrated Q MXF but was not successful.
