P2 Store problem...

I have Win7.

I am trying to view footage, or copy files from my P2 store, but I can't seem to do it.

I tried my P2 store manager, but it has no option for looking at files on my P2 store.

I tried my P2 viewer, but it doesn't recognize the P2 store,

I tried opening the disks in Windows, but it says I have to format the disks, which then says that they are not accessible.

What do I need to copy data from my P2 store to my computer?

It might be in Mac-compatible mode? Make sure it's in Windows mode.
