P2 Store firmware upgrade

Hi guys,
apologies if this has already been covered, I am on the phone with a client in london and time is of the essence.

Basically he has an unupdated P2 store and only has 16 gb cards and a mac. Is there anyway to update the firmware in the p2 store through a mac?

Also, I hate the panasonic website, I have found the p2 store manager software, but where is the firmware update link? when looking ath p2 store manager and look at hte update tab it requres a .vdt file which I cant find anywhere in the panasonic website to download.

Update: I found this thread http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=101833 but I still can't find a link to find this fabled vdt file.

found it! this thing is hard to track down.
