p2 store E4 error

I searched for an E4 error and had no luck.

Okay so here's my problem.

whenever i turn on the p2 store it flashes on the front a red error light.
ON top of the p2 store the E4 Lights up red. I can't format it or even turn it off without unplugging the battery from the back.

I updated the firmware on it but still no luck.

It is in your manual on page E-28.

It indicates that the voltage is abmornally low. Charge your battery or use the HVX power adapter to power the P2 Store.

Just so you know i figured out how to clear the error.

IF anyone has this problem you hold down start and the cancel button and that will clear the error.

I am having this error and still can't reset it with the START and CANCEL. Is there a particular point to hold the buttons? I am in a tight pinch, need some assistance. This thing has been reliable but this is just plain annoying!

I cant seem to format mine wihout an E3 error. i filled it up with cards, and now i cant fomrat the HDD. ARrrghg.

Just had the same problem. Transferring a P2 Card and the Store battery dies. Swap the battery onto mains and I now have the Red error indicator flashing on the front panel and the E4 LED lit in a solid red.

Have tried pressing the start and cancel buttons together on switch on and also once it's in the error mode after switch and nothing is working.

Hellllllllllllllllllllllp Pleaaaaasssssssssssssse

Cleared the problem. Whilst the unit is on. Press the CANCEL BUTTON and POWER BUTTON Together to clear the ERROR

I've had that error too (E4), and the combinations button pressing still didn't work. It fixed itself by unplugging the usb cable and and replugging it somewhere else.

I have a blinkinking red error led and a blinking e4 and none of these suggestions are working. The P2 store just stopped working in middle of an event and that was it. Does anybody have any knowledge beyond what was discussed already? It's definitely not a low voltage problem as i have it directly plugeed into the ac adapter.
Thanks,
Philip
