Did my first live event since getting my two 16GB P2 cards, and had one clip that was 45 min long and spanned over to the second card.
My first shock was that the first card had four MXF files on it, and when I did the import (version 3.1), only one file showed up (four times). I finally figured out that Premiere was assembling the clips for me (FCP doesn't do this).
The problem however, when I then when to import the second card clip, there is a bit of frame loss (or glitch) between the spanned clips. Is there some special import you're supposed to use with spanned clips that I'm not aware of?
