P2 macpro read

Hello,
I think this is the right forum for this question. I'm getting the dvx200. I have read on one of your forums that newer macs connot read p2 cards. I got a macbook pro last year with the express card 32 slot. Will that work? (I use FCP studio 2). Thanks

You can use that, you just need to get the Duel Adapter.

Forgive my ignorance, I have an e-sata duel adapter, is this just called a P2 duel adapter?

You want the ExpressCard to CardBus adapter.

Mini correction... the camera is the HVX200.
