P+S Technik Mini 35

I have a set of Zeiss Super Speed Primes and a Angenieux HR that I'd love to use on my DVX100, but it looks to me that one needs to dedicate a camera to this rig, not easily interchangable with conventional set up.
Is this true?

Re: P+S Technik Mini 35

It takes very little time to attach/detach the mini35. No more than 2 minutes (about 15 seconds to attach the adapter, and a few minutes to endlessly critically focus to make sure you have the camera lens at the proper focus point for the ground glass). Removing the DVX from the mini35 takes just a few seconds.

So, it fits over the existing zoom lens...I wonder of Clairmont rents that. I'm gonna check tomorrow. Thanks.

Clairmont In LA has them.. but in Vancouver (where we got ours) ZGC had to ship on to them.

Thanks.
By the looks of this thing I'm guessing that like the Frazier system/Innovision or other similar optical extensions /periscopes dust would be a very serious concern, with numerous opportunities for getting between the various stages. Probably best to set up in a very controlled environment. I will test this thing and share my results with your very knowledgeable and capable constituents.
I'm very pleased to have found this great website for my favorite camera (of the moment)..
As much as I don’t really get bogged down in the technical, I do enjoy finding so many people who share my enthusiasm for great gear. It’s a fine service you’ve provided.
