P&S Technik Mini 35 Adapter VS MOVIEtube

has anyone ever used the MOVIEtube and/or the PS Technik 35 adaptor?

we have used the pro35 before and it worked great, but i was curious what people thought of the MOVIEtube in contrast the the mini35?

we're going to be doing a 2 camera shoot soon and want to rent one of these and just seeing what people think

I have got crap for this before, but I was not personally impressed by the mini35 for the price point its at.

I shot a music video on an hvx with the mini35 and it was professionally mounted on the camera at the camera house, and we constantly had backfocusing issues and the way the adapter is built it is hard to re-adjust the backfocus, also the ground glass showed up in the corner of the video frame. you would see black flickering on the corner where the gg did not reach across the whole projected lens frame.

It really wasn't a big deal becasue we just punched in on the video in post, but still, at the price it is, that should NOT be an issue at all.

as for the movietube....no clue, never saw it.
