Oxford Semiconductor Mpeg4 704x576

Hi there, after a long break from DVXuser I am back with a question:

I have some digital recordings which need to be converted:
video = Oxford Semiconductor Mpeg4 704x576
audio mp3 32 KHz

Problem is: in QT and all other apps that I have, audio and video run out of sync!!

Does anybody know this video codec ? Any idea which app would allow me to convert to DV PAL with audio@ 48KHz PCM ?

Most preferred would be all in 1 go...I already tried converting audio and video separately and change samplerate of audio in Logic and Protoolz....not good so far...

Any help would be appreciated!

Is this on a Mac?
Is this footage from security cam or similar (sometimes they use proprietary codecs)

You can try avidemux, which is crossplatform

yes thats exactly what it is. and yes I am on a mac thanks for the tip!! will try it out.
