I have heard that it is ok to go a little overboard on a tripod, and that a quality tripod should outlast the rest of my equipment. That said, it seems like quality fluid heads tend to be setup for cameras heavier then the dvx. Is it ok to use a bigger head with the dvx or will I be constantly fighting the counterbalance and waste my money.
I also have a new kessler crane. Is it possible to get a head that can handle the crane and also the dvx?
