Overall image adjustment

Hi all, i've just finished editing a video using the computer monitor but when I view it back on the tv I think the whole thing needs some colour/contrast adjustment, sort of like telecine in the film process.

Does Premiere Pro allow me to do this or is it something I have to do with another piece of software? I know I can treat indvidul clips with effects but i'm wondering whether I can adjust the whole thing kinda like passing through some kind of filter? Hope my question is not too confusing?
 
You could nest your sequence and CC it as a whole , or ...you could export it and CC it like a clip or you could CC it clip by clip (which is fairly standard industry practise).
 
Wow, I wasn't aware standard practice was to do it clip by clip. Back to work it is then. Thanks Shooter.
 
...even telecine CC is scene by scene due to changing light or other variances such as angles, exposures, location etc..
